Auto-Loading System
- The vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic/mechanical linked auto-loading mechanism, compatible with swing-arm bucket, hook-lift, and rear-loading compression loading systems.
- Loading actions are hydraulically driven to complete the bucket tipping, unloading, and resetting processes, reducing direct manual intervention in loading operations.
High-Pressure Compaction Structure
- The truck body is equipped with a push-plate compression mechanism. After entering the compression chamber, waste is compressed by reciprocating push plates.
- Under the same truck body volume, the compression structure can increase the single-vehicle loading capacity by approximately 30–50%, with the compressed volume density serving as the upper limit for loading.
Sealed Containment
- The truck body adopts a fully enclosed structure, keeping waste within a sealed space throughout loading, compression, and transportation.
- An optional leachate collection device is available to centrally collect wastewater generated during compression, preventing spillage during transportation.
One-Touch Automation
- Loading, compression, and unloading actions are centrally controlled via a control panel in the cab or on the side of the vehicle. Safety Protections

- The vehicle's overall safety system is designed according to relevant ISO standards to interrupt operation and alert nearby personnel in abnormal working conditions.
Auto-Unloading System
- The truck body is unloaded using a hydraulic lifting system. At the transfer station, the truck body is lifted to allow for the complete discharge of waste.
- The maximum lifting angle of the truck body during unloading is ≥45° to ensure that compressed waste is smoothly removed from the truck body.
