‌The maintenance cycle of a liquefied petroleum gas vehicle (LNG heavy truck) is as follows:

‌Regular maintenance‌: Every 3,000 kilometers of driving, a sewage discharge operation should be performed to ensure the cleanliness of the system. The replacement of the filter element is also essential. Usually, the filter element needs to be replaced every 10,000 kilometers of driving or when the engine oil is changed to maintain its filtering effect.

‌Regular inspection and maintenance‌:

‌Gas pipeline‌: Regularly check the gas pipeline to ensure that it is in good condition, without leakage, aging or loose connection parts.
‌Gas cylinder pressure‌: Regularly check the pressure of the gas cylinder to ensure that the safety valve can operate normally to achieve automatic pressure relief.
‌Key components‌: Such as filter elements and high-pressure solenoid valves, need to follow certain maintenance rules and be replaced or cleaned in time after reaching a certain mileage or number of hours of use.
‌Special maintenance‌: After every 40,000 to 50,000 kilometers or 600 to 800 hours of driving, the valve core and valve port of the high-pressure solenoid valve should be thoroughly cleaned. Every 50,000 kilometers, check the high-pressure pressure reducer for leaks; every 100,000 kilometers, further check the condition of the pressure reducer air intake filter; every 200,000 kilometers, thoroughly check the primary and secondary pressure regulating diaphragms of the pressure reducer. If conditions permit, it is best to directly replace them with new diaphragms.
