Aerial Work Trucks (ALT Trucks) utilize multi-section synchronous telescopic octagonal booms, omnidirectional rotating platforms, and hydraulic outriggers to achieve stable transport of personnel and tools at heights. They are suitable for scenarios such as urban construction, power maintenance, communication facilities, and emergency rescue.

High-strength boom

• The octagonal synchronous telescopic boom is made of high-strength 960 material and can accommodate personnel and tool loads at working heights of 28~33m.

Precision System

• CAN bus electronic control + wireless remote control enables coordinated composite movements of telescopic, lifting, and rotating booms. The maximum working radius is 15m, and the platform operates smoothly without impact even with a 200kg load.
• Dual-axis hydraulic cylinders and proportional valves achieve a response time of <1 second, ensuring ≥95% boom telescopic stability under full load.

Adjustable Outriggers and Automatic Leveling

• Front and rear V-adjustable outriggers provide a support area of ​​5600×5400mm, maintaining platform level even on uneven ground (tilt ≤5°).
• The hydraulic automatic leveling system, combined with a hazardous operation alarm, prevents over-amplitude, tilting, or operation outside designated areas in real time.

Durable Platform and Operating Interface

• High-strength stainless steel suspended platform, dimensions 1600×700×1000mm, capable of supporting 200kg of tools and personnel, and supports common power tool interfaces.
• 360° turbine rotation and three operating platform design enable multi-directional work coverage.

• Full vehicle powder coating and baking process, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and with a lifespan of ≥10 years.
