Baking process: The whole vehicle undergoes a powder coating process where all structural components are first coated with powder and then baked. After assembly, the vehicle is processed through an assembly line. The result is a smooth and even surface with bright colors, excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and high-temperature resistance.

Balance valve: We focus on guaranteeing the smooth operation and safety of the oil cylinder throughout its use. This involves precision in design, thorough testing, and the implementation of safety measures to prevent any malfunctions during operation.

Steel wire rope: The double steel wire rope telescopic structure features pre-tensioned steel ropes for safer and smoother extension. An increased transmission pulley makes the telescoping process more effortless.

Rotary mechanism: The 21-inch turbine rotates smoothly, while the trapezoidal base platform provides a large, stable surface, ensuring stronger stability.

Proportional valve: A well-known brand of proportional valve that regulates the fuel supply for various vehicle functions, allowing for speed adjustment and ensuring smooth, stable operation.

Crane arm head: The Shanchai-style crane arm head features two additional support points compared to traditional designs, resulting in a smaller running clearance and smoother operation.

Length and angle sensor: The upgraded length and angle sensor calculates the boom's length based on the percentage of wire pull, reducing the risk of breakage.

Coil: The three-in-one composite coil integrates both oil and electricity, offering convenience and practicality.

Double amplitude hydraulic cylinder: The components are enlarged and reinforced for smoother lifting, and an explosion-proof valve is included to ensure safety at high altitudes.

Big arm: A new 18-sided structure with synchronized extension and contraction, combined with a polygonal design for the main arm, enhances its strength. Additionally, a protective cover is installed on the external telescopic oil cylinder.

Double leg support: Triangular reinforcement at the root and horizontal steel plate reinforcements on both sides provide enhanced stability, strength, and durability.
